Singapore Framework for 21CC and Student Outcomes

The Framework for 21st Century Competencies (21CC) and Student Outcomes is a 21st century skills framework developed by the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE). The framework focuses on core values, social and emotional skills, and 21st century competencies that underpin the holistic education necessary to successfully prepare students to thrive in an increasingly globalized world. Together, they help Singaporean students achieve the Desired Outcomes of Education for Singapore: to become confident persons, self-directed learners, active contributors, and concerned citizens. The 21CC framework is intended to guide 21st century skill development across all subject areas included in Singapore's national curriculum.
